【中文摘要】 为了拓展光纤型光催化反应器在实际废水处理中的应用,本论文以构造新型光纤型光催化反应器为目标,开发了在低温条件下制备锐钛矿型纳米TiO2溶胶以及在聚合物基底上直接沉积TiO2光催化活性薄膜的新方法,构造了基于透紫外光的集束式弥散光纤的新型光纤型模型反应器,并以活性艳红X-3B作为模型化合物进行了光催化降解实验研究。研究工作的具体内容如下:在温和条件(75℃、常压)下,将钛酸正丁酯(Ti(OBu)4)在大量的酸性水溶液中水解、回流,从而制备了锐钛矿型纳米TiO2溶胶。该制备过程是一个简单、低温的过程。水溶液的酸性条件、回流时间及水/Ti(OBu)4摩尔比均对TiO2溶胶粒子的大小、微观形貌和晶体结构产生影响。并在低温条件下,采用浸渍-提膜法将锐钛矿型纳米TiO2溶胶沉积在石英玻片上,通过活性艳红X-3B的光催化降解实验证明TiO2薄膜具有很好的光催化活性。在室温条件下采用浸渍-提膜的方法将锐钛矿型纳米TiO2溶胶沉积在有机玻璃及硅橡胶基底上,从而制备了TiO2薄膜。基底材料的表面性能影响TiO2薄膜的附着性,涂覆在聚合物基底表面的SiO2膜不仅作为中间层保护基底材料不被...更多TiO2薄膜光催化降解,而且SiO2膜相对亲水的表面增强了TiO2薄膜对聚合物基底的附着性,更有利于TiO2薄膜的沉积。沉积的TiO2薄膜均表现了良好的光催化活性,由此证明,锐钛矿型纳米TiO2溶胶可以用于室温条件下在聚合物例如硅橡胶基底上直接沉积TiO2光催化活性薄膜,从而为纳米TiO2在弥散光纤上的负载及其光催化应用奠定基础。以空心微珠为弥散剂、硅橡胶为包层材料,制备了石英芯径为200μm、硅橡胶包层外径为360μm的单包层透紫外光型弥散光纤。以纳米气相SiO2粉末为弥散剂、氟塑料及硅橡胶为包层材料,采用多包层涂覆工艺制备了石英芯径为200μm,氟塑料包层外径为250μm,硅橡胶包层外径为380μm的双包层透紫外光型弥散光纤。利用SiO2、TiO2的双层膜结构将锐钛矿型TiO2纳米粒子负载在弥散光纤表面。场发射扫描电子显微镜(FE-SEM)照片表明双层膜与弥散光纤的结合性很好,而且负载的TiO2膜比较均匀、平整。负载TiO2的单根弥散光纤对活性艳红X-3B的光催化降解结果表明,弥散光纤的侧面散射紫外光强能够激发TiO2发生光催化氧化反应。弥散光纤具备一定强度及柔韧性,而且根据需要可以得到足够的长度。因此,负载TiO2的弥散光纤能够用于构造满足实际废水处理需要的新型光纤型反应器。利用研制的透紫外光型弥散光纤构造了新型光纤型模型反应器。反应器的主体是呈球面状均匀分散开的集束弥散光纤,与单光源设计相比,采用双光源输入的集束弥散光纤具有更强、更均匀的侧面发光强度。采用微孔曝气方式对反应溶液进行搅拌及供氧,使反应体系达到很好的混合效果,并促进光催化降解反应的进行。在集束弥散光纤模型反应器中,以活性艳红X-3B为降解对象同时对TiO2悬浮体系及负载体系进行了光催化降解实验研究。集束双包层弥散光纤的光催化反应效率高于集束单包层  还原水利论文3C4c!aD1Ko2?

【英文摘要】 To expand the application of optical fiber photocatalytic reactors (OFR) in wastewater treatment, this dissertation aims to construct a novel OFR. A quite simple route was developed to prepare anatase TiO2 sols at low temperature. Furthermore, depositing directly photocatalytic TiO2 thin films on polymer substrates from anatase TiO2 sols was studied. A novel optical fiber photocatalytic reactor was constructed using a bundle of side-glowing optical fibers, which can provide side UV radiation along the whole fiber length, with attachment of light sources at both fiber ends. The photocatalytic experiments were carried out in the reactor using reactive brilliant red dye X-3B as a model compound. The main works and achievements are presented as follows: Anatase TiO2 sols were synthesized under mild conditions (i.e. 75°C and ambient pressure) by hydrolysis of titanium-n-butoxide (Ti(OBu)4) in abundant acidic aqueous solution and subsequent reflux to enhance crystallization. The influences of various acidities, reflux time, and molar ratios of water to Ti(OBu)4 on size, micro-morphology, and crystal structure of the obtained TiO2 sol particles were investigated. At low temperature TiO2 thin films were deposited on quartz glass slides from the anatase TiO2 sol by a dip-coating method. The TiO2 thin films exhibited good photocatalytic activities in the degradation of X-3B in aqueous solution under aerated conditions.At room temperature and in ambient atmosphere, TiO2 thin films were deposited on polymethylmethacrylate (PMMA), SiO2-coated PMMA and SiO2-coated silicone rubber substrates from the anatase TiO2 sol by a dip-coating process. The surface property of the substrates affects the adhesion of the TiO2 thin films. SiO2 layers prior to TiO2 thin films on the polymer substrates could not only protect the substrates from the photocatalytic decomposition of the TiO2 thin films, but also enhance the adhesion of the TiO2 thin films to the substrates due to its comparatively hydrophilic surface and thus favors the deposition of TiO2 thin films. All the TiO2 thin films showed good photocatalytic activities, which indicates anatase TiO2 sols can be used to deposit directly photocatalytic TiO2 thin films on polymer sustrates such as silicone rubber at room temperature. Mixing a certain quantity of microspheres into the silicone buffer cladding, single-cladding side-glowing optical fibers with core diameter of 200μm and external diameter of 360μm were fabricated. Mixing a certain quantity of SiO2 nanoparticles into the fluoroplastic cladding, double-cladding side-glowing optical fibers with core diameter of 200μm, inner fluoroplastic cladding diameter of 250μm and outer silicone buffer cladding diameter of 380μm were fabricated. Anatase TiO2 nanoparticles were deposited on side-glowing optical fibers by means of TiO2-layer-on-SiO2-layer.
