b ? u+C`_ R e#d ^0【中文摘要】 南京市地处北亚热带季风气候区,降水丰沛,汛期(6-9 月)降雨集中。汛期高强度降雨和岩石的强烈风化,使土壤侵蚀的潜在危险性大大增加。在快速城市化和工业化过程中,造成严重的水土流失,不仅给南京市的生态环境和市容景观造成严重的威胁,还影响国民经济的健康有序发展和社会的可持续发展。本文在Arc/Info、ArcView 和VB 等软件的支持下,进行南京市水土保持GIS 研制及其规划。研究结果为南京市的现代化建设和国际化发展战略提供了基础保障,同时也为市域水土保持GIS 的研究与实践提供了借鉴。 南京市水土保持GIS 基本数据由空间数据库和属性数据库组成,空间数据库储存了水土流失因子图类,水土流失图类,水土保持防治分区图,交通图类,水域图类,行政图类和基本数据图类等。属性数据库包括了各矢量数据对应的属性数据表。关系型数据库包括了相关法律法规文件、技术规范、技术标准和实测资料等。 利用南京市水土保持GIS,结合水土流失定量监测数学模型,得到南京市1997-2000年平均水土流失状况,其中轻度(>500t/km2·a)以上(含轻度)水土流失面积1288km2,年土壤侵蚀总量335 万t,年平...更多均土壤侵蚀模数2603t/km2·a。 运用监测结果与中等尺度区域界线相套合,将水土流失定量成果定点到具体区域,得到其水土流失详细状况,为水土流失的综合治理提供基础数据和科学依据。应用建立的系统数据库,根据区县界、地形和水系状况将全市划分为332 个小流域,并将水土流失量及面积定位到各个小流域,同时,论述了系统在典型小流域规划和治理中的应用。 根据系统监测结果和规划区内土地的功能用途、水土流失特征、防护和治理对象的类型,将南京市水土保持防治区分为重点治理区、重点监督区和重点预防保护区,提出各自的防治范围、目标、任务和具体措施。   还原

【英文摘要】 The Nanjing City has a northern subtropical monsoonal climate, with abundant precipitation mainly occurring from June to September. Further, heavy rainstorm in flood season and strong weathering of rock make the increase of erosion potential. Serious soil and water losses may be occur due to rapid urbanizing and industrializing, it not only threaten environment and city scenery, but also affect sustainable developments of economy and society. In this study, geographical information system of soil and water conservation is established supported by Arc/Info、ArcView and VB software ,and programming of soil and water conservation in Nanjing City is carried out. The results provide favorable soil and water environment of city development and foundation of internationalization, and it give advices for the research and practice of GIS in city. Also, charts of soil and water losses control in different region, traffic charts, water area charts, administration charts, and basic data charts are stored in the space database. The attribute database includes datasheets about various vectors. While documentation of rule and law, technical critetion and experiment data form relational database. The status of soil and water losses during 1997-2000 in Nanjing is analyzed using GIS of soil and water conservation and model of soil and water losses. The area of soil and water losses, annual amount of soil erosion, and mean annual soil erosion modulus belonging to low degree and more than low degree (>500t/km2·a) are 1288 km2, 335×104 t and 2603t/km2·a respectively. The detailed status of soil and water losses is obtained through the nesting of monitoring results in middle areas, which helps to integrated control of soil and water losses. In addition, 322 small watersheds in Nanjing City are divided according to borderline of countries, topographty and water system conditions, and amount and area of soil and water losses are fixed to individual small watershed based on GIS database. In this dissertation, application of this system in the programming and control of classical small watershed is discussed. According to monitoring results of this system, land function, characteristics of soil and water losses, and objective type of prevention and control in programming region, districts of stress control, stress monitoring and stress prevention and protection are divided.
