5`3]:_S:CtYt0【中文摘要】 论文对管阵流体弹性不稳定性及流体诱发振动数值模拟问题进行了系统、详细的研究。所做的工作主要有: (1)建立了一种新的流体弹性不稳定性分析的数学模型。这种模型能反映两种流体弹性不稳定性机理,需要的实验数据易于得到,因而优于现行的几种数学模型。 (2)利用本文模型,给出了直管管阵临界流速的计算方法,详细地讨论了矩形管阵和三角形管的临界流速。分析结果表明,本文结果与实验结果和非定常流模型计算结果很接近。 (3)本文首次分析了U型管阵的临界流速,给出了计算公式和计算方法。 (4)详细地分析了管阵非有效支承对临界流速的影响,提出了一种较为实用的非有效支承流体弹性不稳定性概率分析方法。 (5)对湍流、流体弹性诱发振动数值模拟和管子的磨损问题进行了初步分析,给出了有限元方程的求解、选代格式。 (6)开发了软件AFITA、SHET,能进行三角形、矩形排列的U型管和直管管阵、均匀流和非均匀流的临界流速分析,单根管自由振动和湍流诱发振动分析。 (7)在总结、分析国内外大量的理论和实验结果的基础上,对我国《钢制管壳式换热器》中的流体弹性不稳定性临界流速的计算提出了一些修正和补充的建议。水利论文 z8O?KBeGgDk

【英文摘要】 The fluidelastic instability of tube arrays and flow induced vibration are studied systematically in this dissertation. Its contents include:(1) A new mathematical model is proposed for the fluidelastic instability analysis of tube arrays. This model can describe all-sidely the instability mechanism and coefficients needed in computation can be got from quasi—static experiment, so it has advantage over models currently in use.(2) Based on the model, computational method about the critical velocity of straight tube arrays is given. The critical velocity for both triangular and square straight tube arrays are discussed and computational results coincide well with the test results and computational results based on the unsteady flow theory.(3) Critical velocity of U-tube arrays is analysised for the first time, the computational method and the calculating formulas are given.(4) The influence of inactive supports on critical velocity is discussed thoroughly and a pratical probabilistic met...更多
