【中文摘要】 本文目的是研究空间站舱内传热地面模拟技术的理论并提出可供选用的空间站载人舱的通风方案。通过理论分析,把相似理论成功地应用于空间站载人舱内传热的地面模拟技术中,提出了消除重力影响的自然对流抑制技术。通过一系列的数值研究,得到了舱内混合对流可忽略自然对流影响的临界参数Gr/Ren(n=1.6~2.0)。以往的研究认为,在给定热流的条件下,当热缩比不等于1时,不能实现温度、材料的同时保持。而本文在理论分析与数值研究的基础上,根据辐射热流密度在模型舱中不随比例变化的特性,提出了修改热流的温度-湿度-材料综合保持技术,并用数值方法得到了模型壁面的热流分布。为了验证理论分析的可靠性,分别按导热-对流-辐射、导热-对流-辐射-传质模型,用数值方法证实了上述分析的正确性。在设计风量下,均匀通风时可以采用不改变压力的1∶5的模型比例来实现地面模拟。并用模型实验验证了缩比模型进行地面模拟的可行性。 采用三维对流-辐射-传质耦合的数学模型,模拟了无重力时不同通风方式时舱内的传热和传质,并以流场内的温度均匀性、湿度均匀性、速度均匀性、舒适性指标及换热强度为参考指标,考察了不同通风方案时的舒适性,得到了可供选...更多用的空间站载人舱的通风方案。  还原

dg$SkB"^0y0【英文摘要】 The objective of this study is to find a method to simulate the heat transfer of the space station cabin on the ground and to improve the ventilation of the space station cabin under the micro-gravity environment. Based on theoretical analysis, a thermal scale modeling technique where the natural convection can be suppressed is applied to the ground simulation of ventilation in a space station. If the model size is properly reduced, the effect of natural convection can be eliminated. By means of numerical analysis, the critical non-dimensional parameter which indicates the negligible effect of natural convection in the mixed convection is Gr/Ren(n=1.6 - 2.0). For uniform heat flux condition, a so-called temperature-material preservation technique has been advanced which was widely believed before that the temperature and material can't be preserved simultaneously if the thermal scale ratio does not equal to unity. Through the technique of wall heat flux compensation and modification, material, temperature and humidity can be preserved simultaneously. That is to say, when the model size is properly reduced the natural convection can be dramatically suppressed, so that the heat and mass transfer of the ground based model can represent that in the space cabin. Also, the similarity between the model and the prototype in temperature, humidity and flow field of the space station can be obtained on the ground with this preservation technique.Study of ventilation in a space station cabin has been conducted by means of three-dimensional convection-radiation heat and mass transfer modeling.
