(`0E.}1R6H0h;V4it ?0【中文摘要】 水利工程中的三维有限元计算规模巨大,对并行计算的需求日益迫切。基于此,本论文对有限元的并行计算环境及其在有限元方法上的实施技术进行了讨论和总结,就方程组求解并行和EBE方法做了研究,并编制了PFEM程序,在程序验证和数值测试的基础上,成功地应用于拱坝-地基系统的有限元计算及其开裂分析,取得了如下的创新成果:1.在大型线性方程组的求解方面,对共轭梯度法及其预处理技术进行了总结,并结合带宽优化技术给出了一个基于Jacobi预处理共轭梯度法的并行求解器,可以充分利用计算和通信的重叠以达到降低通信延迟的目的。数值测试表明,其并行性能良好。2.对有限元的Element-by-element(EBE)方法进行了详细的推导,并基于Jacobi预处理,导出了有限元EBE方法在分布内存并行机上的并行算法,包括荷载和边界条件处理的EBE并行算法。在数据交换方面,建议了一种按需收集、按需散发的数据交换技术,使得EBE方法适合于分布内存的并行机。同时,本文导出的EBE方法,可以自动实现任务的分配,并能对整个有限元的求解过程实现并行计算。3.基于EBE方法,采用MPICH和C/C++语言编制了PFEM程序。该程...更多序包括有限元的串行和并行计算以及开裂计算。本文使用厚壁圆筒和悬臂梁的算例,在各种荷载条件下对程序进行了验证,并对简单试件的三维开裂问题进行了数值模拟。4.将PFEM程序成功地应用于拱坝-地基系统的大规模数值计算,已实现拱坝-地基系统107万自由度的大规模数值计算。这也表明,EBE方法在水利工程中的大规模数值计算上,是一种非常有效的方法,可以有效求解百万自由度以上的大型工程问题。同时,基于一定的判别准则和网格加密技术,使用PFEM程序,对拱坝开裂问题进行了初步研究,得到了一些规律性认识。  还原水利论文3hk*a-CPD4} R I

MP K+UMa0【英文摘要】 In hydraulic engineering problems, large scale numerical analyses have increased the demand for high-performance computing. To meet the demand, parallel computing is proposed to increase the calculational scale and shorten computing time. This thesis is a study on parallel computing of three-dimensional finite element method(FEM) and its application in hydraulic engineering problems. It is composed of:Techniques about parallel computing and its application in FEM have been discussed and summarized.For the parallel solving of equations set, a parallel solver has been provided based on Jacobi-preconditioned conjugate gradient method in combine with bandwidth reduction technique, which can fully utilize the overlap of computation and data exchange to reduce communication delay. The numerical tests demonstrated that their parallel performance are well done.A detailed derivation for element-by-element(EBE) method has been accomplished. On basis of Jabcobi preconditioned conjugate gradient(J...更多CG) method, a complete parallel algorithm for FEM is presented, including the treatment of different load and boundary conditions. For data exchange, a scheme which only gather and scatter necessary data is advised to make EBE method available for distributed-memory parallel computers. In this way, it could dramatically reduce data exchange and consequently improve efficiency of parallel computing. At the same time, it can be very easy to make load balance for solving three-dimensional FEM. For any complicated three-dimensional structures, the algorithm can be suitable for automatically allocate the task in parallel computing.On the basis of the EBE-JCG method, the author programmed a PFEM(Parallel Finite Element Method) code using MPICH and C/C++ language. Numerical tests on thick walled cylinder and cantilever indicated that they are correct. On the basis of certain criteria and grid refining technology, three-dimensional fracture problem is also implemented in this program. PFEM can be applied to large-scale numerical simulation of arch dam and foundation system successfully. Examples of large-scale numerical computation of two arch dams were demonstrated that the method is efficient and it can effectively solve hydraulic engineering problems with a million degrees of freedom and more.  还原水利论文y:j~%YQ*}?
