摘要:国外大型深水抗风浪网箱养殖发展很快,但在我国的发展却受制于深水网箱养殖技术,原因在于目前我国深水网箱养殖企业的组织结构不利于技术创新。根据深水网箱养殖的关键技术及其创新特点与要求,作为深水网箱养殖技术创新型组织结构,除需满足一般性创新型组织结构条件外,还有其特定要求。类企业式组织、虚拟组织和学习型组织存在缺陷,项目小组和课题制两种组织结构是企业的最佳选择。而且,传统的科层制组织结构通过适当的制度安排,能与创新型组织结构和谐相处,共同发挥作用。Abstract:There is a rapid development abroad about the cultivation of marine in the large-scale, deep-water cages. However, such business in our country is blocked by the lack of advanced technologies because the organizational structure of such businesses is not helpful to the novelty of technology. According to the key technologies, innovative features and requirements of the large-scale deep-water cages, we find that the innovational and organizational structure of the large-scale deep-water cages needs to meet not only the general organizational structure conditions for innovation, but also their specific requirements. Defects exist in the business-type organizations, virtual organization and learning-type organization, Researches show that the organizational structure of project and that of open innovation groups are the best alternatives. Meanwhile, the functional organization of caste system can co-exist with the creative one under the proper supervision of political institution.水利论文|0e*@B(_q"FU
