&w%IG3@K p_3lM0【中文摘要】 定向羽状水平井是近年刚兴起的煤层气增产的有效措施,国内在这方面还处于初期试验阶段。作为一种定量预测、分析手段,定向羽状水平井开采的数值模拟可为该技术提供必要的理论依据和指导方案。 本文首先建立并且完善了煤层气直井开采的数学模型、数值模型,完成了其数值模拟计算,分析了煤层气产量的影响因素和煤层气的解吸机理;在此基础上,系统完整地建立了煤层气定向羽状水平井开采的数学模型、数值模型,模型考虑了地层非均质和各向异性的影响、地层渗透率的压力敏感性的影响、主支及分支井筒内摩擦损失、加速损失的影响;得到了数值模型的求解方法;实现了煤层气定向羽状水平井开采的数值模拟计算。 以沁水盆地樊庄区块煤层气开发试验区为例,利用该计算程序对所设计的定向羽状水平井进行了产能的预测,并将其与相对于直井井网开采方式的增产效果作了经济评价。 通过计算,分析了煤层气定向羽状水平井的增产机理,指出定向羽状水平井的分支在地层中广泛均匀延伸,使整个控制区域地层压力均匀、快速下降,增大了气体解吸扩散的机会,是定向羽状水平井促使煤层气产量提高的根本原因;讨论了给定地层条件下定向羽状水平井产量的变化规律,分析了渗透率、朗谬尔常数、吸附...更多时间等地层参数对定向羽状水平井煤层气产量的影响,并指出这些影响与直井的异同。 在相同的地层条件下,通过计算不同井身结构下的产量变化曲线,得到一些井身优化设计的参考依据:呈对称、发散状均匀分布的多个主支比单一主支开采的效果要好;与直井区块开采方式存在最优井网和井距类似,在井的基本结构确定之后,存在最优的分支间距;正韵律地层井的垂向位置位于煤层较底部效果更好,反韵律地层井的垂向位置位于煤层较顶部效果更好。  还原

【英文摘要】 Pinnate horizontal multilateral well is an efficient technology which can increase coalbed gas recovery rate. However, its application is still in test stage in China. As one kind of means for quantitive forecast and analysis, the numerical simulation technique can provide necessary theory basis and guidance scheme for the implement of this technology.The mathematical model and numerical model of vertical well for coalbed gas recovery is developed and completed. The numerical simulation is realized and the factors effecting the gas production rate and the adsorption mechanism are analyzed. Based on them, a mathematical model and numerical model of pinnate horizontal multilateral well for coalbed gas recovery is developed, in which such factors as heterogeneity and anisotropy of stratum, sensitivity of permeability to pressure and friction and acceleration loss in wellbore are considered in this model. It is pointed out that main lateral and side laterals extending widely in stratum makes the stratum pressure drow down rapidly and uniformly in controlled area, which facilitates the desorption and diffusion of adsorbed gas. It is the prime factor that pinnate horizontal multilateralwell can increase gas production rate. The effects of such formation parameters as permeability, Langmuir constant and adsorption time on the gas production rate of pinnate horizontal multilateral well are analyzed and compared with that of vertical well.By computing gas rate of horizontal well with various wellbore structures in the same formation condition, some useful principles on designing wellbore structure are presented. Generally, the recovery effectiveness of multi-main lateral distributing uniformly is superior to single main lateral. There exists the optimal value of space between side laterals, which is similar to the existence of the optimal well pattern and pattern well spacing in vertical well section production mode. The horizontal well lying in the substratum of coal bed can gain better recovery effectiveness in positive rhythm stratum.
