【中文摘要】 本文系统地论述了油层润湿性反转的分类、特点、机理,深入研究了润湿性反转对渗流过程的影响及其在三次采油中的应用。 油层润湿性的变化,可分为水湿向油湿转变、油湿向水湿转变或液湿向气湿转变等过程。变化机理与润湿剂的性质、岩石颗粒表面性质及环境条件等因素有关。 润湿性反转剂在油砂表面的静态吸附量为6-15mg/g砂;在天然岩心中的动态吸附量为O.81mg/g砂。 用原子力显微镜测定了润湿性反转剂的吸附形态,表明润湿性反转剂与油相或亲油表面有更强的亲和力,在亲油表面的吸附量大于在亲水表面的吸附量。 用动态接触角法和Wabshburn法定量研究了润湿性反转剂的润湿性反转能力,优选的配方可将水相润湿角从93°减小至60°。 首次用粘附功降低因子E、界面张力因子E6和润湿性因子Eθ等参数描述洗油效率的变化,并由此提出了润湿性反转剂的判断标准。分析表明可以用润湿性因子筛选合适的润湿性反转剂。 油水相渗实验表明,润湿性反转剂使残余油饱和度降10%,两相等渗点右移,岩石表面的亲水性增强。 微观驱油实验表明,润湿性反转剂溶液使油膜变薄、剥离岩石表面的残余油,从而提高原油采收率。自发渗吸实验表明,润湿性反转...更多剂促进了自发渗吸。 室内实验和矿场试验都说明,润湿性反转剂具有降压增注和提高原油采收率的效果。  还原水利论文V1i#S~^%E:X;oi

【英文摘要】 In this paper, the classification, characteristic and mechanisms of the wettability alteration in oil reservoir have been discussed. And its effects on the process of porous flow and its application in tertiary oil recovery project have been studied in details.Accordingly, the changes of wettability in reservoir contain the changing process from water-wet to oil-wet, or from oil-wet to water-wet, or form liquid-wet to gas-wet, which are dominated by the wetting agents, the surface of rock particles and the conditions in porous media, etc.Relating experiments showed that the static adsorptive power of the chemical on oil sand surface is 6-15 mg.g-1, while the dynamic adsorptive power on natural core is 0.81 mg.g-1.The adsorptive images of the wettability alteration agents were examined under Atomic Force Microscopy. The result showed that there is strong appetency between the wettability alteration agents and oil or oil-wet surface, and as a result, the adsorptive power on oil-wet sur...更多face is more than on water-wet surface.By measuring Contact-angels in which Dynamic Contact-angel Analyzer and Washburn method were used, the best formulation can change the contact angle from 93° to 60°.Here, adhesion work factor (E), interfacial tension factor (Eδ) and wettability factor (Eθ) were firstly introduced, and determinant criterion of wettability alteration agents was presented. The analysis proved that wettability alteration agents can be selected by the wettability factor.The relative permeability experiments showed irreducible oil was reduced by 10% by the wettability alteration agents, and the cross-point relative permeability moves to right, and the core converts to water-wet.In microcosmic flooding experiments, the oil film became thinner, the residualoil was peeled off, and the oil was prevented re-adhering to sand surface. Then oil recovery was enhanced. In addition, the wettability alteration agents are contributable to spontaneous imbibition.Both the shop experiment and field test showed that the wettability alteration agents have the ability to reduce the injection pressure and enhance oil recovery.  还原水利论文&@$u Twm
